Historic farmhouse sitting on 16 acres with an incredible view of the mountains on Keith Cove Road in Cowan, Tennessee.  This twelve room, two story house has 5 or 6 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Recent house renovations include a new metal roof, white vinyl siding, new windows, new front door unit, and fresh paint on the foundation and concrete porch floors.  The acreage includes a year round creek  in front of the house.  There are two barns, a corn crib, an authentic smokehouse, and other storage buildings close to the house.  Some areas are fenced in and suitable for horses or cattle.  Call 931-247-8587 for an appointment to see this idyllic location.

Very large entry hall coming in from the front door. Two original doors that connect entry hall to den area.  Two large bedrooms  (or living room) are off of each side of the entry hall.

Large bedroom to the right of entry hall -- there are four rooms this size (approx. 17 x 17) in the house -- two up and two down.

This room can serve as a den and sits in the middle of the house -- the entry hall, a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and side porch come off of this room plus one set of stairs to the second floor.

Upstairs bedroom that sits over the kitchen.  It has a good size room behind it that sits over the utility room and would be a wonderful office or nursery.  The back room has an entrance to the enclosed upstairs porch which has a set of stairs leading down to the ground floor enclosed porch.

Original bead board ceiling in the upstairs bedrooms.  Beautiful.

Large eat-in kitchen with a utility room behind it.
